ABOUT THE CURRENT OPENINGS:
ASPETUCK HEALTH AUTHORITY (Appointed) The Aspetuck Health Authority needs dedicated members to oversee public health initiatives. Contribute to community well-being by addressing health concerns, implementing safety measures, and promoting wellness programs. Healthcare background preferred but not required.
BOARD OF EDUCATION (Elected*) We are seeking an individual who is passionate about quality education to help oversee school policies, curriculum development, and resource allocation. A candidate who can make a difference in students’ lives and our educational system’s success.
*This appointment is to fill a vacancy for an elected position due to a resignation. Term ending on 11/4/25. (For more information about Vacancies see the Town Charter Section 7.6)
COMMISSION FOR THE ARTS (Appointed) For art enthusiasts! Join the Commission for the Arts and play a vital role in shaping our community’s cultural landscape. Help organize events, allocate funding, and promote local artists. We’re looking for creative thinkers passionate about fostering artistic expression.
